WHAT DOES IT COST?

The cost of treatment varies and depends on both the complexity and duration of treatment. A quote will be provided at your initial consultation after a comprehensive examination and discussion of your treatment goals.

HOW WE CAN HELP:

We do not want finances to stand in the way of pursuing a beautiful smile, so we offer flexible payment options to help meet your needs. Many people carry orthodontic insurance, and it’s a good idea to have an understanding of your insurance coverage before treatment begins. When treatment is recommended we will provide you with an insurance pre determination form that you can submit to your insurance carrier to confirm the details of your benefits.

Orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services. This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee until the benefit maximum has been reached.  Charges for lost of broken appliances may not be covered by insurance.

Please note: we do not accept assignment of benefits. Our professional services are rendered and charged directly to the patient or their family and they are responsible for payment of all fees incurred. For your convenience we will gladly assist you in submitting the necessary forms so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance carrier.  However, please be aware our primary financial relationship is with our patients or their families and not with their respective insurance companies.
